Trust & security.
This page is maintained by Venly to answer common security and privacy questions about the Venly Continuity landingpage. It is editable content, not an independent certification.
What this page is
The Venly Continuity landingpage is a conversion experience that connects customers to regulated partners. Customers self-custody their assets and sign every transaction. This page summarizes the controls that apply to the landingpage itself.
Data we collect on this site
The onboarding form on the Get Started page collects business and contact details you submit voluntarily (company name, registration number, country, expected volume, direction, contact name, email, and optional notes). We use it to follow up about onboarding.
Authentication & access
Backend access to submitted leads is restricted to authorized Venly staff. The form itself does not require an account.
Storage & transport
Submissions are stored in our managed backend and transmitted over HTTPS. Internal database helpers are scoped to trusted backend roles only.
Subprocessors & integrations
We use a managed backend provider for database and authentication, Slack for internal notifications about new leads, and LinkedIn Insight Tag for conversion analytics on marketing pages.
Cookies & analytics
We load the LinkedIn Insight Tag for conversion tracking and retargeting. No analytics are loaded on pages that contain sensitive customer data.
Shared responsibility
Venly is responsible for the landingpage, the onboarding intake, and routing leads to the right partner. Regulated partners are responsible for any stablecoin and fiat transactions and the related compliance obligations. Customers are responsible for self-custody of their wallet and signing their own transactions.
